q: How do I place my first order?
  • Simply browse our website or use the search facility to select the products you would like
  • Add them to your basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" button (you can view the quantity and cost of items in your basket by clicking the basket image icon at the top right of the screen)
  • Select "view basket". From here you can amend the quantity by over-typing the amount and then click on "update shopping basket".
  • When you have selected all your products, proceed to the "checkout".
  • At the "checkout" you will be asked to complete your details and delivery address, and select your preferred shipping method. Once you are happy click "next" to be taken through to the payment screen.
  • Select your preferred payment method; please note you can also add a promotional voucher before completing your order.
  • Once happy click "place order" and you will be asked to enter your payment details, then finally select "pay now".
  • Once payment is complete, you will be provided with an online receipt to print for your records, along with confirmation of your order via email.
 
q: How do I setup an account?

If you are a new customer, you can complete this online form to sign up or call our team on: 0800 233 5675.

If you are a returning customer, you just need to activate your online account.

 
q: How do I log into my account?

If you have already activated your online account you can simply enter your email address and password to login and retrieve all your saved information.

 
q: I have a discount voucher where do I apply it?

Once you have added your items into your basket, click on the basket image icon – top right of the screen, select "view cart" and you will see a box to apply your discount code.

 
q: Can I send to an alternative delivery address?

Yes, this can be done once you have reached the shipping page, you can also store delivery addresses for future use from "My Account" pages.

 
q: When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday the same day, either by first class postage or via a 24 hour courier service if your order value is £120 or more. Orders received after 2pm or on a bank holiday or weekend will be dispatched the next working day. For more information on delivery please visit our delivery pages.

 
q: When will my order be delivered?

You should receive your parcel within 1-3 working days if it has been sent via first class post and the next working day if your order has been dispatched via a courier, for international deliveries delivery times may vary. Please visit our delivery pages for further information.

 
q: Do you offer a special delivery service?

q: Do you ship internationally and at what cost?
